LABC Building Excellence Awards 2024 - Regional Winner
The company was awarded 2024 regional WINNER of the prestigious LABC for our projects Stone Court and Limebury, a small housing development in Salcombe.
Build It Awards 2023 - Shortlisted - Best ICF Home
We were shortlisted for The Best ICF Home for a project in Batson, Salcombe, called Westcombe. The amazing high standard of the finishes chosen by the clients made this one special.
South West England Prestige Awards - 2022/23 Winner
We were awarded Best Construction Management Company for the South West England Prestige Awards in 2022 and 2023; we have recently been informed we have also picked up the same award for 2024.
LABC Building Excellence Awards 2022 - Regional Winner
The company was awarded Best Residential and Small Commercial Builder throughout England and Wales in 2022, which we are extremely proud of.
Build It Awards 2022 - Winner - Best ICF Home
We won The Build It Award in 2022 for The Best ICF Home for a project in Salcombe called Above The Bar. The key to this project was meticulous planning due to the property being on the cliff edge.
LABC Building Excellence Awards 2020 - Regional Finalist - Best New Large Dwelling
We were awarded the LABC Building Excellence award for our Nudura new build house in Salcombe.
LABC Building Excellence Awards 2020 - Regional Finalist - Best New Commercial
We were awarded the LABC Building Excellence award for our Class Q Conversion from an old farm building to a new modern veterinary practice in Kingsbridge.
