Refurbishment in Dartmouth
Bramshott is a large refurbishment of a stunning property situated in Dartmouth. This was a huge project in a very challenging location. We added in an additional floor level constructed out of timber frame. We also added a lower ground floor extension, adding to overall floor space and stunning views.
The existing masonry structure of the house was upgraded with a full insulation wrap and SAS silicone render system applied. The roofs were a warm roof construction with a coloured standing seam roof membrane system applied.
All new and existing floor levels had a New Heat wet overlay underfloor heating system installed.
The windows and doors were supplied and installed by Greencircle.
The composite cladding and decking are from the Ecoscape range.
